How we handle your information.

Who we are

Gregory Cleaning Contractors ("we", "us") is a cleaning contractor based in Bournemouth, Dorset. This policy covers information collected through this website.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you're enquiring about, and whatever you write in the message field. We also use cookie-based analytics once you've given consent — see "Cookies and analytics" below.

How we use it

Enquiry details are used only to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange and deliver the clean. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for marketing you haven't asked for.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of third-party services to run this website and respond to enquiries:

• Resend — delivers the contact form to our inbox.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — checks the contact form isn't being submitted by a bot.
• Vercel — hosts this website and provides basic, privacy-friendly traffic analytics.
• Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity — only loaded once you accept the cookie banner, used to understand how the site is used.
• Sentry — error monitoring, so we know if something on the site breaks.

We don't share your information with anyone else, except where required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and job-related information is kept for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then deleted.

Cookies and analytics

Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights run without cookies. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set cookies and only load after you accept the cookie banner — decline, and neither will run. Your choice is remembered in your browser.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the details on the contact page. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
