How it usually runs
- ✓First pass — strip out the worst of the dust, debris and protective film
- ✓Second pass, once trades have finished and dust has properly settled
- ✓Final detail clean — glass, fixtures, fittings, ready for the keys to be handed over
The three-stage process gets the best result, but a single handover clean works fine for a smaller job.
We follow site rules — risk assessments, safe working practices — the same as any other trade on site.
