Regular Maintenance Cleans
A standing weekly or fortnightly visit for a home that's already in good order — the point is to stop the small jobs piling up, not to redo a deep clean every time.
From: £22.50/hour
Exact time on site depends on the size of the property — we'll confirm hours needed after a quick chat about the job.
What's included
- ✓Kitchen worktops and surfaces
- ✓Bathroom and toilet, cleaned and freshened
- ✓Vacuuming through every room
- ✓Floors washed
- ✓Dusting, including skirting and surfaces
- ✓Bins taken out
First visit is usually a deep clean, so the maintenance visits that follow are keeping a property up to standard rather than trying to catch it up.
